My Diamond VIP Membership has been replaced by VIP Membership
Since Thursday, 5/6/21, this has occurred. The game no longer recognizes me as a Diamond VIP member but instead just as a VIP member.
I emailed diamondvip@songpop2.zendesk.com regarding my problem and only got the automatic reply that my request was received. They gave me 144702. I have not heard back from anyone since.
On Friday night, 5/7/21, I filled out another form regarding my same issue. I got the automatic reply that my request was received and Ticket # 144744. I've not heard back from anyone since.
I filled out a 3rd form Sunday evening, 5/9/21. I got the same automatic reply that my request was received and given Ticket # 144833.
I am beyond frustrated and my hands are up in the air. I don't know what else to do. They are basically charging me for Diamond VIP membership and I'm only getting a VIP membership.
Can anyone PLEASE help me?

The same thing happens to me on a semi-regular basis. I kept writing them like you are. Sometimes it's taken up to 10 tickets to finally get a reply or fixed (with nothing for a response)
Please include any photo's you can get of what you paid for... and what's showing up. That normally gets the ball rolling. Well, until they keep asking for said photo's (proof) then my tone changes & I get angry for them not even paying attention.
