Help! No sound at all in game.

I have no sound. Only app on phone without sound. Have deleted and reinstalled. Have checked sound is on in settings. Volume up. Any ideas. Have reported issue,but reply didn't help.

  I have the same problem. I will have 1 game with no sound but the other games are fine.
