    I’m having the exact same problem. VIP status still renewed but unable to play!

    Lodge a support request thru website. Describe problem and state your VIP status. Tell them your full username so they can find acct and email so they can reply. These things are not automatic thru web unlike thru game.

    Select 'I have different issue'/'technical issue'/'crash in game'

    Thank you, I’ll try that Avenue and hopefully get it fixed. The problem started with the latest update, friends that haven’t updated do not have the same issue
