No sound

Every time the VIP add comes up I have no sound at all after it's really annoying

  Lodge a report thru game. Go to 'settings/settings/report issues' from home screen then chose 'I have a different issue/technical issue/ad issue' and give details.

  I have the same issue with that ad.  I assume you are clicking "see ads", then hitting the "X" .  The next game has no sound.  There is a workaround.

  Instead of hitting "see ads", click the "try VIP" icon.  Then hit the "<" icon and it takes you back to your games list, carry on as normal.  I do this all the time and I never have the no sound problem.  However, occasionally I will get an error message and get sent back to the games list, that's not really an issue though.
