Is there a way to disconnect account from facebook and use an email or something instead?

  If your account was set up through Facebook and you played that way then your song pop email and password will be the same as Facebook. So log out of songpop so you can choose the email option at login and enter your Facebook email address, then choose password and enter your Facebook password to log you in. Once you are logged in that way you can go to account settings in songpop and change the password (make a note of new password as there is no recovering if you forget it) Now your song pop is different from Facebook, although they both use the same email address. If you are using song pop on a mobile, then you only need to login once and it stays logged in usually.
