SongPop 2 for Older Operating Systems?

Hi,

Just like my old school taste in music since I always played mostly 80s and 90s playlists on SongPop 2, I'm also old school when it comes to technology, so I don't have any way to play SongPop 2 anymore since it lost Facebook support after Flash ended. I only have a Windows 7 desktop PC (it was top-of-the-line when I bought it back in 2010 lol) so I don't have Windows 10 to download the standalone app. I don't even like the interface of Windows 10 so I prefer to keep Windows 7 since it's my favorite operating system. I also don't have a smart phone since I'm not into those type of phones, as well as not having any tablet devices. Those type of devices aren't for me. So I was wondering if there is any way to play with an older operating system prior to Windows 10? Is it possible to make a program as an option for older operating systems since there must be other people like me? I figured I'd ask first before having to buy a new device just to play SongPop 2 again. Thanks in advance!
