VIP Status

My VIP status has disappeared. I have been VIP for years. When I email they direct me to this site.

What's going wrong?

  Trying to reply but I'm in pending approval purgatory for using some wrong keyword.

  I don't know why they directed you here, there is no staff here to help you.  Gary often comes in with some helpful advice but to my knowledge, he doesn't actually work for them.  Try emailing them again to get a better reply.

  Were you on annual VIP?  This option was removed and you have to switch to monthly
