Download to Apple Music is locking up game

Since yesterday when I choose to download a song to Apple Music it locks up the game and I have to close the app and restart.

did they ever help you?...their support is the worst...going through problems now,yet again....every month same issues they dont fix ...and takes them forever to even respond.
