where have all my winning credits gone to?

I have not been getting credited for all the people i beat, at the end of the week. I do not beat everyone, but I do beat a few, but yet when the week ends, and it is show how many people i beat, it only tells me one. 

so then all i get is one power up, when i should be getting more.

I have had this problem before, and have asked about it, and according to wherever i find the answers to questions from me, it says "solved" the last time i asked about it was two years ago, and it says it was solved, so hopefully this will be resolved as well.
