Migrating from Facebook

Dear SongPop 2,

 

Are you able to assist me as I am trying to migrate my SongPop 2 account from Facebook to another platform as per their request. I went to the Microsoft store as instructed but I seem to be having trouble downloading the game to a Mac? Thanks in advance for your help :-)

  Microsoft makes Windows operating system therefore the Microsoft store version only works on Windows 10.  You have a Mac which I think runs iOs operating system.  If there is a suitable version for your Mac it will only be available from the Apple store.  Sorry cant tell you for sure if a suitable version available as I'm not an Apple person.

  If you have a mac you can download songpop from the Apple app store. That apple version also works on Ipod touches and iphones.
