7 emails just to get a badge, it came up error, so I didn’t get the badge. They refuse to adjust, and do not seem to understand their own app. Only one rep. Also. Refused to speak with me live. I get more breaks from the IRS! Be aware, you will not get help!! They will take your $$$ all day long, but 7 emails later and it appears to be an act of god to get a simple reward that their app messed up. Know up front, there is NO customer Service!!!

  After I sent this, I mastered the FUNK playlist and got NO badge! Retaliation?

  I can't even play the game, when go to it  get so far then the Melody character comes up and that is as far as I can get ? have written 10 emails to them and either time out or no response from them at all

  I am still trying , after signing in to FB on  my profile as advised I  then had to verify my email, which they sent but of course I never got it as I had made a mistake when  typing it so no further forward, I have to agree customer service aren't very helpful at all see I posted on Monday and still no further, cannot get any help at all, have sent countless emails
