For about the past 3 weeks, every time I use a power up, I get a pop-up trying to sell me more power-ups. This interruption causes me to lose time in the game. I don't need more power-ups--I already have 24,000 that I have purchased . I just want to be able to use my power-ups which I am no longer doing because of the delay it causes. I have played the game on my phone, on my desk-top and on my ipad; I have the same problem no matter which device I use.
Apparently there is no longer any customer service.I sent an email to the address provided and got what seemed to be a canned response that referred me to THIS site.
Does anyone have suggestions? If I can't get this fixed, I'm going to give up this game I have loved and played for 7 years.
