Missing Reward

I am missing my reward for the ( CMA Awards 2017 ) It showed I mastered it about less than a hour ago , SongPop2 Froze as I was trying to hit the collect button to accept the reward I could not move it froze Had to restart my phone was hoping it would be there but it was not I have screenshots of it ... I worked hard on this play list please send my reward Thank you Connie Anguiano
