I had the same issue. And while the game IS back up now, of course my daily bonus streak was lost.When I tried to REVIVE I kept getting this message:Couldn't Complete Purchase: We didn't receive all the information we needed from this app to complete your purchase. You haven't been charged for this purchase, so please try again. If you keep seeing this error, contact the app developer
This makes no sense as I am VIP and they've had my credit card for years.
Search SongPop2 in Microsoft Store for Win 10 version if thats what you have. Easy install once you get passed the Microsoft acct login. If you don't have Win10 PC, recent Android or Apple phone, I strongly suggest you get motivated to replace your current gaming device or you will be up the creek when it permanently stops later this year.
