Kindle Fire problem
My Kindle Fire 10 said that my version of Songpop was no longer supported, even though I had been using Songpop2. It told me to get an updated version. The only version available to get was an ancient one that I used years ago, version 1.15.2. It's horrible, a huge step down from the Songpop2 that I was used to for the past few years. The icon for Songpop2 is still on my desktop, but I am unable to use it. I have re-booted the Kindle several times to no avail.

Seems to me your Kindle Fire uses customized version of Android that is now obsolete and therefore won't allow you to have latest version of SongPop. From what I can see the Amazon store version of SongPop is from 2015. I found this article that says you can upgrade the custom Android op sys to std Android later version allowing you to access Google Play Store. That should give you access to latest Songpop. I don't use Kindle fire so can't test this for you so its at your own risk.

My solution was to give up on Kindle Fire when it comes to playing games like Songpop and Words with Friends. So I bought a Lenovo tablet, which is an Android device. I am now playing the latest versions of my games with no problems at all. If you're into playing games, stay away from the Kindle Fire and buy an Android device.- Larry
