    I would check to make sure OS is up to date, as well as the applications. Check for any pending charges (Ex: on iOS under settings you would click on your Apple ID. Then iTunes & App Store. Then click on your Apple ID located at the top. And click view ID. From there you can scroll down and check purchases and subscriptions) if anything is pending under either 2 that could cause an issue. Last resort log out and log back in. If that doesn’t work try deleting and reinstalling app. Good luck
