Remove score boost from parties

If people can't win fairly on a level playing field that's their problem this function basically allows people to cheat

  It's built into the game and has been for a long time so it's not cheating.  You need to realise without boosters the same people would always win and be unstopable.  Boosters gives others a chance and increases competition.  If you're good at a genre and can score 900's in party games then most people using boosters won't worry you.  Would be nice to have some parties where boost was not offered though and winning is skill based.
