Download Error- 2020

This is the first time I’ve ever had this, but over the past 3 days I haven’t been able to play, as I keep getting a pop up saying download error, try again later. I tried closing it, and redownloading the app, but nothing has worked. Any solutions?

  Did anyone ever resolve this?  These posts are from a long time ago.  Is there no game support for this awesome app?  I’d love to pay for VIP, but not if it’s going to keep doing this?

  For future players, I think I figured out the problem - once I deleted the old games (presumably challenges left over from the original SongPop - which I had forgotten/didn’t even realize I had played eons ago), everything seems to be working ok now.
