MY ISSUES WITH SONG POP IS HOW IT DOUBLES THE TICKETS CHARGE (ex: Play for 1 i click it then it goes back to selecting songs & back at clicking play for 1. That i loose my tickets .

Free Videos i watch sometimes doesn't give me my tickets. My VIP status & it's benefits signing into it does not really privilege me in the way its supposed to. During the challenge, I've been really disappointed how even if i click (eg: speed) i fall back from my lead quickly, despite my wrong selections, i own that but its not fair to me. Please look into these problems coz i plan to hold my VIP status not if it equals a regular normal guest status it just makes no sense. Ty.
