Yearly Subscription Price?

I was checking the Songpop site for my daughter.   When researching SongPop in the App store, I had a choice of joining for the year for $39.99.  Is is possible that my daughter could get the same price, instead of $4.99/mo?

  Since 2015, when i started, they bill the 4.99, for the month. so far no annual options.

  watch out for the new SP "Live" app. Its 4.99 per week or 2 weeks.
