Hi! I know this was posted over a year ago but I am having the same issue and was wondering if it was ever solved. I reported a user by the DISGUSTING name of “jerkoff4u” and have not heard anything back. I redownloaded this game yesterday and haven’t played in a few years. I’ve only been back on the game for 24 hours and this is what I see?! I have a young daughter who likes to watch me play but now I feel like she can’t :(

Lyssa, I have not checked to see if this was ever resolved because frankly I just lost interest in this game and stopped playing it almost a year ago. I wonder if the id can be ran thru a member search engine? I will go try.

Lyssa, I have not played this game so long that I actually can no longer find a link to it. I played it on my computer,..not phone. Is there any way that you have a link to it,..as it is no longer acsessible thru my Facebook?

If you encounter things like this in game they need to be reported thru the app. Go into offenders profile and use menu to report player. This is a user forum and its rare for Songpop staff to look at posts here so no action will happen unless you report player
