I can no longer change my VIP status

I've been a VIP for quite a while. I wanted to cancel the month to month & update it to yearly.

However, the option I've always had is no longer existing. Heck, I can't even figure out how to cancel it if I wanted too! Help!!

Shirley - if you paid through PayPal - go into there and cancel it. If you paid through a debit/credit card call your bank and have them decline the automated charges.
