I have been unable to earn tickets for aboiut a week.  Could you please restore normal play?

  yes i have the same problem the ticket reward icon is there but when i click on it nothing happens  this has been going on for about a week now whats the point in having this function if it don't work so reducing your game play not good and its not the first time its happened. really thinking of quitting this game

  I don't have the icon since 40 hours ago. It was there as always and suddenly disappeared. Please, how can I get it back?
