account suspended

WHY does it say my account is suspended?  I have been playing for almost 10 years.  I didn't get any notification of this and I need an answer.  Does this have anything to do with someone who blocked chats on their end?  Now I can't find my power ups.  I have been notifying Zendesk of this problem for months, and I get no response.

PLEASE HELP.  I'd like a response.  PLEASE?  Anyone else have this problem?
