I am on level 100. I noticed that I'm playing against players who haven't even earned 1 badge how can they possibly be on a level as high as others they are playing against? It is my understanding of levels, as explained to users, is that opponents I play against are on equal levels or there about. Is my understanding wrong? Just curious.

  I don't think it works by levels but groups of levels called Leagues.  Also levels are gained by playing parties but there are no requirements to win a badge. The comment above pic is badly worded and would probably be clearer if they said "Your level determines your league and the SKILL of players you compete against".  When you play party there needs to be enough players to choose from for the Leagues to work.
