I'm not getting my daily bonus any more!
I've managed to visit SongPop every day for months, maybe even over a year, (even if every now and then SongPop has messed up and claimed I missed my daily reward, I've taken the abuse and paid for the refresh anyway), but for the past few days I haven't been shown the daily bonus screen! I can't remember if perhaps I had just completed another month and maybe after a year you don't offer rewards any more? Or I notice that I've reached exactly 400 tickets - they seem useless, they don't seem to come up anywhere - so maybe I've filled up on them and as such I don't get ANY rewards any more? I'm using the same computer as always, the same browser, nothing has changed on my end since it was working.

I note the same thing if I enter SongPop on my iPad, but on my Android phone I get "You missed a day, revive for $6.49?". Really? On my computer a revive is $1.19, and since I entered SongPop right before posting this YESTERDAY - which is how I got to this site to post this in the first place, by clicking on Help in the game - CLEARLY I did not miss a damned day!

Andrew I notice you said you play on PC but are you aware that if you login thru mobile and collect bonus it then can only be collected thru mobile and all bonus on PC stops. They are different versions of the game.

That has NOT been the case ever before! It's the ONLY reason I have the app on my phone and tablet, to not miss my daily bonus if I can't make it to my computer in time, and that HAS come up before, and it has never stopped me from getting my bonus on my PC the next day. Also, no, they aren't different versions, I play the same people, I have the same playlist progress. Perhaps I somehow need to clarify that I'm playing through Facebook. I thought that was the only way to play and find opponents, to play your Facebook Friends as a Facebook game. I login through Facebook, even in the apps.
And since this BUG has appeared (yes, it is a bug, it hasn't been the case before, it is a new ERROR), I can't play on my phone any more because it wants to overcharge me for a revive, even though I've logged into the game every day! Even if I could still play on my phone, I WILL NOT switch to playing on my phone! My computer screen is bigger, a better connection... I don't do internet things on my phone except when I'm out and I have to. Just because some people find it convenient to live on their phones, don't try to force me to!
FIX IT!

Andrew this is a USER FORUM not the HELP DESK and I don’t work for SongPop. There is absolutely no point yelling at me about it. Switch, don't switch, stop playing, I could care less. I am fed up with having to explain things available on this site for a long time now. Look for an answer before posting questions and try checking who the only USER is who answers before replying with a rant. Information I gave you is 100% correct. The PC version runs on Adobe Flash software and is obsolete. The mobile App versions run Android or iOS software and are current with support. How you logged in to them makes no difference. Greg Brzozka's post that I linked you to was the programmer for Songpop at the time so ignore it at your will.
