Powerups and latest version of Song Pop 2

In the last 2 weeks I have not received my powerups plus I am a VIP player.  I've been playing Song Pop for 6 years now I love playing this game.  Why am I not getting my power ups anymore?  Also I don't think I have the latest version of Song Pop 2 how do I update my Song Pop to the latest version?
