My VIP subscription isn't working anymore

Hi! 
I tried contacting your email help but it redirected me here...

I'm having some trouble with my VIP status since this morning, can you please help? 

1. Username: pop_6989564152 

2. I don't have any actual receipt but I have the proof I'm paying VIP on Google store (if you contact me per email I can send it to you)

3. I purchased a year subscription

  I renewed my VIP subscription a month or so back. Why is it showing me as guest? Help me get my VIP back!
