Song pop will not load on iPhone laptop desktop

It has been four days I cannot get Tom pop to come up on any of my devices . But I got the email that you charge me my monthly fee$4.99.

Desktop SongPop is a Flash lang while iPhone uses iOs lang so problem is either your internet connection or SP account. Game will not load on either so you don't get to log in. Issue is with your internet connection which can't connect to Songpop servers and isolated to you as everybody else can connect. Check if you changed something on your firewall.

Thanks Gary for pointing toward firewall. I had firewall enabled on router and logged into router through 192.168.0.1 to admin panel and disabled firewall and bingo I could connect to SongPop.
