Obtaining tickets for parties by watching videos

I am a VIP and I usually watch a video to get a ticket for a party. For the last few days I have clicked on the video symbol and get the message ‘ loading ‘ but the video doesn’t play. How can I sort this out?

  The tickets for vids has never been trouble free.  If you're using mobile I can't help.  On PC this can happen as some vids are Flash format and some HTML.  Using an out of date browser that cannot play the newer HTML format can sometimes cause this.
