    Jason can't help with mobile vers except to say re-install the app or check in SP settings for a game pre-loading feature which you can toggle.  Previously you indicated use of PC version.  This can often get sluggish due to the "tune up" state of your PC or slow internet connection.  I suggest perform disk maintenance "check disk" first, then clear caches (temp & browser) failing that make sure your browser and Flash are up to date.

    If you don't know how to tune up PC try CCleaner left on default settings & download from here.  Make sure you untick offers of free xtra softwar (very important).  After install run the Cleaner & Registry Checker:  http://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download/standard

    Just a warning Jason that if you tinker with CCleaner default settings it can seriously mess up your PC so leave on default if you are not experienced.  There are many other programs can also tune up your PC ie Norton Utilities, Norton Security, McAfee Antivirus, Windows but I find CCleaner is simple to use and works well.  Also turn off the "run when starts" & "inform me of updates" in options/settings

    This only happens on my tablet and it's random.  Just once in a while I hear no music, it's not the device because all other sounds work at that time, I can still hear the sound effect for choosing a song, it's just the music itself that doesn't produce sound.

    Sorry Jason but your tablet will be running the mobile version so all I can suggest is you Google how to tune it up as its beyond my experience.

    only a warning Jason that if you tinker with CCleaner default settings it is able to critically reduce to rubble your computer so go away on default in case you aren't skilled. there are many different packages also can tune up your computer ie Norton Utilities, Norton protection, McAfee Antivirus, home windows but I find CCleaner is FileHippo straightforward to use and works properly. additionally flip off the "run whilst starts offevolved" & "  192.168.1.1  tell me of updates" in alternatives/settings  Dafont

    This is a problem with the game, not my system.  I was really just curious if the dev's were aware of it and/or if anybody else was experiencing the problem.

    Just as I'm curious as to why a polite post simply stating my dissatisfaction with an aspect of the game is deemed offensive and gets rejected in the "post under review" category

    Think it's more likely something with your device or installation Jason, otherwise everybody would be experiencing same problem and that doesn't seem to be the case, more of an isolated problem.  I do mean that sincerely when I say Google how to tune your device.  Those "post under review" things with the white box above your post are a pain.  Happens to me all the time.  It's triggered by size of your post & how frequent you've posted.  Drives me nuts and I often have to break up answers into several posts.  It's like theres a character limit for posts.

    I have the same problem, it's so annoying when I lose a game because I can't hear the songs. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling but it still happens on at least a few games each day.
