Apparently there is no contact support
So apparently we can’t contact their support so I have no idea how to get my problem fixed. Every time I try to play, it says it failed to download the play list and then kicks me back to the home screen. Anyone know why? Or how to fix it? It’s just mine. My husband’s and his friends both work fine. I’m on and iPhone 7 Plus. They are both on an iPhone XS Max.

If you are using mobile and can get the Songpop home screen up then you should be able to access "report a problem" in menu.

I already used that email and received what appears to be a canned response that told me to play Song Pop 2 instead of the original game. I AM playing Song Pop 2 and that game is what is giving me the problem. The canned response also referred me to this site for help. I need to talk to a real person but seems that is no longer possible.
