I would like to pay for my friends vip membership.can this be done ? If it can how do I do this ? Thank you

  I don't think you want to do that if you're talking paying by card as they usually put a recurring payment on it.  You may be able to buy a gift card for app store credit (google play) which might give you credit to charge VIP to.  I'm pretty sure Facebook gift card wont work though.
