It keeps saying error wont load says im need and update from what all i have read !

Will not let me play just keeps spinning i have paid alot of money over the years too play this is unfair too make it faster from what ive read but will not load !!!! Help

  Just keeps spinning wont load the songs and i have been playing now for over 5 year spent alot of money ! I have read you have made it faster this is unfair and i need help getting it back on . Unfair :)
