Has Songpop Been Hacked?

This isn’t my first post here but this really needs to be fixed. Their website has (supposedly) been hacked, which is preventing me and many other people from signing in. It’s been this way for 4 days now, I have sent Songpop multiple emails for a temporary password or SOMETHING, but they never get back to me or fix the issue. I’m completely unable to sign in and I am not connected to Facebook so I can’t aign in that way. I don’t remember my password so I resorted to using the link from the email, and it has worked the way it should from the beginning, until now. I am still paying for VIP as well, but I might cancel and completely forget about the game itself if Songpop doesn’t do something about this. I’m not the only person with this problem, and a good friend of mine that also plays Songpop is having the exact same issue and is also getting their emails and troubleshoots snubbed.
