Daily bonus
Hi,
I make sure I log in every day and thus receive daily awards.
A couple of months ago, just when I almost had a full streak, I was taken back to day 1.
Ever since then it’s the same every month. Just when I’m at day 26 or 27 the next day I’m taken to day 1.
I am 1000% positive I logged in yesterday, still this morning I had to start at day 1 again.
This, in combination with the doubtful way the scores are determined, makes me seriously considering quitting with SongPop, as the frustration is overruling the fun the game is supposed to deliver.
Please advise.

Annelies, that has happened to me as well in the past, in fact, just this morning. I know 100% that I played yesterday because I do it every morning before going to work. SongPop needs to "reimburse" those of us that come across these glitches.
A couple years ago I switched accounts and requested a transfer of my categories (there were quite a few) but never got any, so I had to start all over again.
I'm sure SongPop will step up and do the right thing.
