Unable to use my daily bonus

This morning I earned my  day 8 reward which was free 15 minutes of Party Game. When I tried to play the tracks would not upload however the time kept running out. I kept quitting and trying again, to no avail. Eventually the 15 minutes passed whereas I was unable to play any Party games. How do I get my daily bonus back?
