2 days ago I downloaded the update for song pop 2 that was waiting in the Play Store. Ever since then I lost all sound on this app

  I lose sound at times too when I play on my android. It tries to go to an ad and then freezes and then I have to close the game, and come back on. Been happening for a long time. No one has helped.
