When trying to log in the app asks me to either sign in via Facebook or to create a new account. I don't use Facebook for the account. And I don't want to create a new account. But I would like to continue my game since I suscribed as VIP. I was able to play up to 2 days ago when the game crashed and now I can not log in any more.

  not able to log in on Songpop classic and song pop 3. it says to restart all over. I have achieved 160 badges in song pop classic and 63 level in song pop 3. please help me get it all back.
