a revive on the 4th month but no revive for 6th month

Good day to all. Can anyone tell me why the game says we have 1 free revive every month but I didn't get a revive on the 6th month? I used my free revive on the 4th month but didn't get one for the 6th month. Am i wrong in assuming that there's only 1 free revive regardless when you use it? I lost 6months of gameplay due to not having a free revive for not logging in everyday.

  Apparently you only get one. I have been logging on everyday for about 70 weeks. I used my free revive a year. 2 days ago I completely forgot to log on and I have no free revive. It's really disappointing to lose so much progress.
