    I'm having the exact same problem!  I even uninstalled the app from my phone, but still can't get it back on the desktop. I've tried both Google Chrome and Edge browsers.

    I know on other games i've had a similar issue. The problem is syncing to facebook. I had to make sure i was logged into facebook app on my phone. That way it will sync to facebook. Then play songpop. Once you close songpop, try log into the desktop one and see if your activity has been synced. If not then you will have to go back to your phone and logout facebook and login again. This forces a sync to facebook.

    Me too, started happening a week or so ago. I must use the tablet or phone to get the daily bonus. i think they are doing that to drive people to the phones/tablets so they can show more adds and make more money.Also, every other week I'd get a day of VIP free, now I have to watch a vdeo that i always mute) to get an hour. This game sux lately. 

    The other issue is that I lost my 6 month streak and have not missed a day, I logged in today and all of a sudden it was gone.

    Same problem. Daily bonus got denied as I achieved VIP status and it claims I lose all my streaks although I logged in every day! I urge for fixing that issue!

    the same thing has been happening to me.  firstly losing streaks when i KNEW I HAD SIGNED IN AND PLAYED and now it will not play on my computer, only on my phone.  and yesterday, after a week of playing on phone it said to become a vip or LOSE my weeks streak, which didn't make sense.  i did not pay to become a vip on the phone, and now i have no week streak.  this sux big time

    Been having that same problem, but been having that issue since November on the PC.
