I have not been getting my daily bonus for a while and I play every day with my daughter and now you are telling me I missed day 28 and I did not so please fix it, thank you

  I put song pop on my phone and now I can't get my daily bonus on my computer.  I deleted Song pop on my phone and still I don't get the daily bonus on the computer.  How can I correct this please?
