No tickets available by watching videos.

Message is. "No videos available, come back later ".ls this standard practice to encourage people to purchase tickets ,or a technical fault, or is there only a certain amount of tickets for watching videos allocated over a specific time period. Nobody on the forum seems to know the answer, even after a large volume posts have been received .It just seems that the games seem to be suffering due to lack of competition, because especially at this time of year people do not have the spare cash to purchase tickets without the recompense of extra video tickets to enhance what is a very interesting and competitive game. Just some clarification would be appreciated. Kind regards S P.
