    Ouch. I'm guessing here, but maybe you play around the same time that the daily prize refreshes, so technically you played two hours within the same day? (one hour after yesterday's refresh and another one just before today's refresh, for example)

    That’s happened to me several times. If you are playing on your mobile, try clearing all open screens then open SP back up. I notice the rewards are available each day on my phone at 5am CST so I clear all of my open screens on my phone before opening SongPop and it seems to help
