What Is Up With SP Today?

I don't understand what is going on with this game. My profile is blank... I am there, but all my info is gone, my posts.. it's a blank page. Also missing is the icon to watch videos. Which was bad enough for the past couple months I haven't been able due to "not available in your area" BS... but now they just totally took my icon away! I am so sick of the nonsense with this game. You play, have fun, meet new peeps.... why the need for all the restrictions and crap?? Are they doing away with the reward videos? Why is it such a difficult thing to obtain? Just let me play the dang game!
