missing rewards

About 5 days ago I stopped getting my daily and weekly rewards. Also not getting power ups. I've been playing SongPop for more than five years. What's the problem? Thanks!!

  I have also stopped getting rewards when I play on FB for a week, since I deleted the app from my phone as I hated the fast play.
