"FREE" month VIP trial

Why you took my money for 1 month VIP trial? I don't play so much to spend money on it. Please, give me a refund.

The free month of VIP does not work I've tried it over and over and nothing even comes up for me to hit a free month button like it says why?? I paid for VIP for months now and I can't get just 1 free month because I can't afford it this time??? That's ridiculous I've spent alot of money on your game even buying tickets and can't get anything from you guys. Thanks a lot for the help and appreciation!!!!!

Today is my payment date and I want to upgrade to the new SongPop Classic, how can I do that. Today so I am not charged 2x times??? Please RSVP IMMEDIATELY, THANK YOU SO MUCH 🙏
