    I haven't been able to play since yesterday. All it does is the spinning circle. I think if we lose our streak they should not charge us to get our place back,

    I'm in the Netherlands. Couldn't load the game on the PC this morning and still can't now, The game does load when I'm playing on my cell though, So it seems a platform issue

    Not loading in the Chicago area either - since early yesterday (11/5).  Found a support e-mail, but they just replied with an automated e-mail to come here.  Stuck on the "record" just spinning.

    2nd day and the game wont load. Im in Australia, anyone else here having the same problem? Getting sick of problems with songpop on a regular basis. Ready to delete it forever. NOT HAPPY......

    Well, it's been like this a full day now. :( Still not loading. They are aware of the situation, but didn't say when it will be fixed. Hope it's up soon!

    Mine wasn't loading either - I googled it and a response from 5 years ago worked for me.  Type this

    Mine loaded but apparently the not loading is across the board because its not my turn in any of my games.  Too bad we can't contact Song Pop!

    Thank goodness I am not going crazy. November 5 and 6 2018 game hasn't loaded. Record just spin and people just dance. Have tried deleting cookies, TIF files, internet history, uninstalling flash player and reinstalling. I play on my computer through Facebook Google Chrome because I don't have a cell phone. Yesterday was a complete bust for me. When I tried to get on a little bit ago I got the window that said I missed a day and then a free revive. But then the game was froze and I could not get it to load any further.

    Ok so this game would not load last night and I tried multiple times for over four hours  I play through Facebook Gameroom.  What is upsetting is that I was on 6th game streak and had consecutively played for 365+ days.  The game finally loaded tonight and I have lost my entire game playing streak and it says I used my revive and wants me to pay $0.99 for a revive over a glitch I have no control over nor have I ever used the revive feature.  Pretty disgusted that all my dedication to this game is now lost over a loading issue beyond my control!!! :-{
