That part of the SongPop system where you get tickets from Facebook friends has been de-activated so it no longer works. If you added Facebook friends specifically to share tickets, its probably ok to "unfriend" them now in Facebook. They have probably done the same thing. Look for you wifes SongPop username in her profile and search for that to find her.
