Unable to cancel VIP

I've been trying for two months to cancel my VIP subscription on SongPop2 but everytime I go to subscriptions on google playstore there is nothing there, it just says explore. Can someone help me please?

I am exactly the same ive been trying to cancel my vip subscription but it says i dont have a subscription did any of you girls figure out how to get rid of it as its so frustrating it should be easy to do and ive contacted support and they just tell me to go in google play or itunes app and cancel it but its not in neither and i am getting beyond frustrated with this rubbish

I've been trying to cancel my VIP subscription for 2 months now, but every suggested action I tried was useless!
WHERE IS THE SUPPORT GROUP OF THE GAME to help me out of this? I'm getting seriously pissed off!!!

Lynnferrier - Those articles can be found by clicking 'Report Issues' in 2nd settings screen of game app. Subscriptions can also be thru Facebook, Microsoft or Galaxy Store that I know of. You have to go to the store that is charging you for subscription in order to cancel it. Your device will go to its own store when you select 'manage subscriptions' in game store. If you can't find the subscription that is charging you then you need correct device to access.
